The Items You See On This Website Are Proudly Handcrafted In The USA, and Not Cheap, Mass Produced Resale Items.
Please notify us if you need your order by a certain date, for special occasions, etc. and we will make every effort to ship to meet your deadline.
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks, and may take up to 4 weeks to ship. Processing time may be longer during the holiday seasons or peak sales. Please allow extra time for processing during these peak seasons. All orders are shipped via Priority-USPS which takes 2-3 business days. Shipping time is in addition to the postal service delivery time.
**IF YOU NEED AN ORDER FILLED BY A CERTAIN DATE FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION, WE CAN CERTAINLY PUT A RUSH ON YOUR ORDER TO MEET YOUR DEADLINE. JUST LET US KNOW.**

Shipping to Canada will cost $16.50.
Shipping to most other countries will average $19.50. For exact quote please email before placing an order.
NOTICE: The shopping cart on this site will process the order form with US handling rates. An additional charge to your credit card will be made to make up the difference in shipping for your INTERNATIONAL Order.

Returns and Damaged Item(s).....
We hope you are enjoying your purchase from us. If the purchase did not meet your expectations, we will be happy to issue a refund in the same form of payment in which it was purchased, excluding shipping charges. Returns will be shipped back at your own cost.
You must e-mail us within 15 days of receipt of order. We will make every effort to correct this problem within a timely manner.
**IMPORTANT** All RETURNED items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION AS SHIPPED from us to you and UNDAMAGED or ALTERED IN ANY WAY,so that the item(s) is/are in salable condition.
If we receive returned items in an unacceptable condition, i.e., altered, tagged/priced, damaged, etc. they may not be approved for refund, or may incur a restocking fee at our discretion.
If you receive our products damaged upon delivery please call or email us for prompt replacement or refund.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
